About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Administrative disorders are the underlying cause of a country's economy. Few incompetent and corrupted authorities are responsible for those administrative disorders. There is no another way to punish the officials who is responsible for those administrative disorder unless complaints on those corrupted officials are resolved promptly and accurately. For example, in my case: PMOPG/E/2019/0591873, if complaints are properly enquired within 15 days, (within 15 days is necessary for not diluting

Since the period of Independence, Government of India miserably failed in Imposing Strict Financial Discipline among all Sections of India especially among Political Leaders and Government Officials . For this reason , these Leaders and Govt Officials have had Mercilessly been looting Public Money and have had been stashing away all those looted Money outside India . Hence all their Disproportionate Assets /Illegal Wealth ( like Gold ) must immediately be Confiscated and auctioned .

Per Capita Income as well as Purchase Power of Farmers is perhaps the lowest, because of the fact that since the period of Independence, Unscrupulous Agricultural Traders cum Hoarders cum Private Money Lenders in connivance with Political Mafias have had mercilessly been looting our Farmers . During Bumper Crop Production, especially Perishable Crops, these Traders force the Farmers to sell their Crops at throwaway prices and these Crops after Hoarding sell to Consumers 4 to 5 times high .

the victim who submits the grievence credibility and accountability should scrutinized properly. the government official trying resolve the issue should not have prior contact with the victim. depending on the seriousness/type of issue, the resolution time should vary. the link for this portal should be publicized properly. analytics of the count of issues being reported area wise and the type of issue wise data should be used properly.

5- सभी मंत्रियों ,ऍम एल ए, सांसदों द्धारा उनकी सम्प्पति पहले भारत सरकार अपने कब्जे में ले सही आय घोषित करने के उपरान्त उनको लौटाएं ! 6 देश की पुलिस कर्मियों के लिए अच्छे घरों व् खान पान की व्यवस्था की जाए ! धन्यवाद विनम्र पुरुषोत्तम अब्बी

2--भारत के सभी पूजा स्थलों में अरबों खरबों की सम्पत्ति उनके कोशा घरों में डम्प पड़ी हुई है जिसमें से 20% उनके पास छोड़ कर सम्पूर्ण धन राशि देश हित के कार्यों के उपयोग में लाइ जाए ! 3--अवैध रूप से जो भी देश में रह रहा है या उसने रिश्वत दे कर आधार कार्ड बनवाया हो उसको देश से बाहर का रास्ता दिखाएं ! 4 अदालतों में जजों के नियुक्ति कर के शीघ्र से शीघ्र मुकदमों का निपटारा किया जाए !

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी सादर प्रणाम मैं पिछले अट्ठाइस वर्षों से भारत सरकार से विनम्र अनुरोध करता आ रहा हूँ देश हित में यदि सख्त कदम उठाना पड़े तो इसमें गुरेज़ कैसा ? 1 विवाह उपरान्त पाँच साल के अन्तरकाल में एक बच्चा वर्ना सभी अधिकारों से वंचित माता पिता पर भारी जुर्माना ! दो से अधिक जिनके बच्चे हों उनकी तुरंत नसबंदी की जाए !

I just plead you thaft make the redressal program as fast as it should be done within 15 days. Because most of the ministries make it pending For more than the maximum time limit to resolve a complain.
