I think simple solution to get solution to public problems is to make the department and staff accountable. - If EB supply fails, the staff must get it rectified, within a reasonable time of 2-3 hrs, if not cut their salaries and pay compensation to the complaintee. - If roads are damaged, the R&B is accountable to repair it within 1-2 days, after getting complaint. if not charge a fine per day to that Engr responsible to that work. - Each Govt Dept is made accountable. immediately you can see

Health and Fitness of citizens should be given the topmost priority. lifestyle diseases and pollution takes its toll on citizens, making it difficult for them to do productive work. Health campaigns to condition the minds of citizens to prioritize health rather than wealth will make citizens contribute to the nation. Healthcare must mean productivity, efficiency, not just curing diseases. Besides awareness campaigns on health, working to spread knowledge &reap the benefits of our rich heritage

.Kashmir being under so controversies have opened up for the general indian public for land acquisition and for business oppurtunities. We should not forget its the most beautiful place . this is the birth of NEW KASHMIR so the government should put some most required rules in the starting only. Like 1)ban of plastic in Kashmir. 2)Fine on littering in Kashmir public places or roads. If we start caring from now it will be easy to control the future environment problems.

1.skilled training is to be made compulsory for children who can perform rather than study, pass examinations 2. Penal actions taken on every person in the administrative positions should be put statewise and CPSU,State corporations wise, whether it is small or big as public money is involved in web site , mere rotating people for every 3 years on vigilance guide lines is not working ,people less credibility should be shown publicly. credible people are transferred where there is no work

1. peoples confidence is to be restored in the administration. Everywherer transparency should be shown that what government says is implemented. we are made to run for aadhar updations , pension for survival people. for some of the senior citizens aadhar finger prints can not be recognised. every november people have to run for certification of alive for getting pension. 2. Sanskrit should be introduced in all schools to bring back glory in computation and anicient scriptures.
