About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

Objective
• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Good for knowledge mygov_campaign So many people have been addicted to this task. A good way solved problems like air pollution and it's air pollution 's loss. Environment good life is best. many states and Mumbi to be trusted air pollution. Human and Environment health is most important for preventing and future life. Air pollution created cancer, and other problems, like BP,TB,etc.. Time is coming understand about air pollution and solved the problem. And live.

RESPECTED SIR CPGRAMS, DARPG &DPG are working good job. But concerned Ministry, Department & subordinate officials are have no accountability for implementation. please some hard rule issue for concerned ministry, Department & subordinate OFFICIALS.

Introduce public grievance cell portal in all PSU, private sectors internal websites. then employees/citizens/people will present or upload easily they have problems/issues from public grievance cell portal of internal web sites of companies.

please arrange to pur hoarding in front of college, universities,stations, offices and prominent places where people assembles at large, to give wide publicity of this important initiative taken by the government.

Sir, The reduction in rates of GST on various goods n services for the benefit of citizens are not reaching to them but eaten up by dishonest businessmen. An example of Sree Leathers, Shoes manufacturer n seller in WB is furnished and attached herewith. Please take action. YF Aurabinda Sil.Kolkata. WB.

https://grievances.maharashtra.gov.in/en Sir this is grievance Redressal portal of Maharashtra and Government Resolutions in this regard are attached here please give directions to CM office Maharashtra,Chief Secretary and principal Secretaries of all department to ask reasons for pending grievances on this portal and seek details from them for the compliance of these resolutions thank you.
