About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Waste left after harvesting of grains and rice can be used to make manure or in fertilization of Mushroom rather then burning it.

Dear, sir Aaj ham kitne hi advance ho gayen hon. kitne hii technology se paripoond ho gayen hon.kitne hi digitalization mein ji rahe hon. Ek aam nagrik ki baat jaab tak nahin suni jati jab tak us nagrik ki baat front se matlab hai jaise (media) mein nahin aa jaati ho.kyunki jab tak uski baat ka koi jyada matlab nahin hota aur yahi hamara sabse bada dorbhagya hai aur ye sachai hai.kyunki jab uski baat desh nahin sunta tab tak uski baat baat prashan bhi nahin sunta hai.

Government should enact law relating to collection of bribe from public and transporting to concerned person be an offence and should be severely done with punishment and in case the enquiry officials supporting the culprit then it should be treated as enemy of nation It is good .......

sir please adress the issue of pollution in whole india as 10 out of 15 most polluted cities are india. please take a notice on Chinese model of building huge air purifiers which helped Beijing in reducing pollution by 35%. please take a note on this key issue of voters of my generation. thankyou

Hi Sir, Education system also need to changed. We give more importantance to information than knowledge. Improving skills need to happen and spiritual growth also need to happen simultaneously. Long ago we had Gurukula system of education was there where everything were taught to grow as an individual and when we grow as an individual country will grow. We has seen truth as verbal truth this will may make other's impress but this will not change the development of the country.

Hi sir,my name is Shreya and today I am going to talk about the unfair system that is cast system.It seems akward but it's true sir SC and ST people are getting all the opportunities but GM category are living back if they get g 90+ also they are identified because of cast I am not telling to make reservations for us also but because of this many talents are going back sir so please make the rights equal to all and all should get the equal reservations if I am wrong please grant me sir...
