Bottom most control level is with Councillors but they are not being faced his own public..
Hence Grievance suggestion boxes must be kept at Public places like Bus stands with full time CCTV camera
15days this must be reviewed by District Collector with Next fortnightly action with public issue through DD TV Channels/notices to every home.
On monthly basis both DC and Councillors must show action progress to those public.. monthly Street/colony champions can be selected to sign-off in meetings

Big anti india, anti hindi campaign in tamilnadu by fringe naxal missionary gros supported by opposition parties.
mainstream media owned by opposition parties creating anti india sentiment and hatred against other state people especially hindi speakers.
they employ paid teams in social media to generate further hatred.
situation is very serious. they want TN to be next J&K
please take strong action.
Please generate goodwill by initiating river linking and farmer friendly projects in tamilnadu.

(1) Institute a timeframe for resolution of complaints/grievances. The amount of time required for resolution presently is unacceptable.
2) Cross-check of the complaints shown as resolved is of utmost necessity
3) Timely intimation about the steps taken for resolving a complaint to the complainant will help instill confidence in the minds of the people seeking justice
Mechanism should be there to ensure that the state government officials do not take the forwarded complaints lightly.

Each government office must have CCTV with voice capturing device. It should record without any problem and head of the office and another should be held responsible.
Without this 65 years of snatching money and showing lethargic attitude will not vanish.
A centralized watch wing be kept and any doubt arises on employees behaviour a team must be despatched to enquire.
if caught with bad intention he be compulsorily retired with punishment and the entire process should be end within 2 months

AND THUS THE FARMERS WILL HAPPILY SUPPORT THIS PROCESS AND HENCE THIS PARALI BURNING COULD BE STOPPED.

Usually 3o--50% employees work more than average & 70--50 % less than average . Whose productivity is less they create problems .
Steps for remedy :

1. The grievance website should have a Track Log in which one can see his/her complaint was assigned to which department and offical. It should w in the form of log.
2. At the time of closure, email should go to the complainant asking/informing about closure and feedback.
3 Turnaround time should be reduces and fixed after which it should be escalated to seniors official , if it is not action/closed in required time frame.
4. Complainant should have option of reopening of complaint.
