Please generate goodwill by initiating river linking and farmer friendly projects in tamilnadu.

(1) Institute a timeframe for resolution of complaints/grievances. The amount of time required for resolution presently is unacceptable. 2) Cross-check of the complaints shown as resolved is of utmost necessity 3) Timely intimation about the steps taken for resolving a complaint to the complainant will help instill confidence in the minds of the people seeking justice Mechanism should be there to ensure that the state government officials do not take the forwarded complaints lightly.

Each government office must have CCTV with voice capturing device. It should record without any problem and head of the office and another should be held responsible. Without this 65 years of snatching money and showing lethargic attitude will not vanish. A centralized watch wing be kept and any doubt arises on employees behaviour a team must be despatched to enquire. if caught with bad intention he be compulsorily retired with punishment and the entire process should be end within 2 months
