It cannot deal all the works directly by pmo because large no may occur. So, in my opinion it is better through block level committee . It may reduce a lot to pmo.

If the government is serious about this grievance redressal mechanism then it must first publicise a clear process map to which this process adheres!

It's a good grievance portal. But good for nothing. I had lots of grievances like one DPOST/E/2011/616 & 00672. India's most corrupted department is Deptt of Posts for which after retirement nobody survive further periods due to blessings of God. Officials like Mr PK Bisoi, Ex PMG of Sambalpur & Ex ADPS II of Sambalpur Mr BD Pradhan and then office setting Post master of Angul HO Mr AP Panda. For better results please go through DPOST/E/2018/05355 & 06356. And finally DPOST/E/2019/22529. Thanks

CPGRAMS need to reaply all the grievances on daily basis. At least they need to send the grievances to the PMO. Grievances should be segregated to different departments. Hope you would like my suggestions sir.🙏❤🇮🇳 JaiHind

i am not satisfied with Grievance System as responsible officer closed the complaint without proper justification. obe line answer was we have circulated necessary guidelines. i am surprised that i have asked them to take strict actions AS DESCRIBED IN POLICY BY CENTRAL GOVT. and to hide their failures they closed case without submission of latter which had been circulated. i was expecting copy of a latter for which they closed my complaint.

Respected Sir, It's my pleasure to have this opportunity for submitting feedback on this forum and I would like present as under; # Options needed for registering grievances on Judiciary/Judicial system # There has to be an easier/open channel with the Ministry of Law & Justice so that general public shall be able to communicate with the dept. to get their grievances addressed. # For airing grievances/complaints about a State subject/issue, a provision is required. Thanks KV Mitra
