i am thankful to Govt for asking suggestions on tha matter. I am not criticizing moves/steps/efforts of Government to resolve /dispose the matters but present policy procedure is not appropriate. It seems much on paper/files than practical and inappropriate to fulfill all three laid down objectives. At present, there is no provision to file complaint in the case when an individual want to lodge complaint in welfare of Nation. i.e. to help Government fight against corruption.

sir, it seems that of late closure of complaints has been entrusted with departmental heads of various ministries. it causes biased replies n justification. the closure shall b monitored 100 percent by the PMO. * ARUN SHARMA
