Kindly add "Escalate to higher Lever" so that if a person if a person feels his grievance has not been resolved he may escalate his grievance to next higher level, till the grievance is resolved. The highest level may be at Secretary level or Cabinet Minister level. Also, the person may also be asked to provide the relief that he/she seeks and the plausible solution to his/her grievance. A coherent and wise effort must be made to make the grievance resolution system efficient and trustworthy.

Hi All, Please make an advertisement of this portal. Most of the people's don't have awareness about this system including myself. This online system started by 2007 & I know about this after 12 years, as a common man I'm saying this. Also my suggestion, When a grievance raised, please make sure who are all responded for that grievance by tagging their name and designation to them and make it to public in CPGRAM website itself. which shows who failed to take actions against grievance.

hai, .In both city and villlage, the common issue we are facing is removing plastic waste.eventhough workers collect waste on daily basis, still many areas are flooded with papers and plastic covers. idea is " Near EB office or ration shop which is located in every area ,we can keep dry plastic waste collection centers which will pay based on kg.so poor will also benefit with money and areas will be clean. those centers can be privatised or by tender basis also.

CPGRAM is a very useful tool for public interaction with government machinaries. Salute to our Honourable PM for such initiatives. Each department should have CPGRAM resolving committee comprising of officers rather sending the grievance to concerned Group-C section officer. It seems Officers of the department are casually dealing with the CPGRAM matters.Every deparment should display the CPGRAM committee members in their websites with designation and phone numbers.

Respected Sir, any action is taken when a complaint is made through CPGRMS. My late husband and I have also complained against the LIC with complete evidence, but nothing happens. No action is taken. Pension was withdrawn from 18.04.2013 to 22.01.2015. It has been set against it but no action is taken. Respected Dr. Jitendra Singh ji was also supported with full proof. But no action is taken. Sir, what does this mean? Senior officials deliberately misbehave and exploit.
