There is no escalation option when the grievance addressed is not to the satisfactory. There is concentrated effort to play down the grievances when it causes embrassment. Example couple of my grievances were played down by the ministry of finance officials on the bank fraud when I had an evidence to show. The file was closed without hearing the compliment side. I have stopped registering grievance as I feel it is an eye wash only.

Sir,It was a great thought with very poor implementation so far. How do you think of sending all the complaints to its root and expecting a fair resolution. https://www.swachataparnibandh.com/2019/11/Swachata-Par-Nibandh-Hindi-Mein-Likha-Hua-Swachata-Par-Essay.html

Grievance Redressal Mechanism is truly a good initiative initiated by Government. Presently Digital Mode of Redressal is helpful to Citizens as they do not need to run behind concerned Officials every now and then. Based on my personal Experience and opinion, it still needs some more IMPROVEMENTS in Mechanism which are as per ATTACHED. Along with this Many of our fellow citizens still must be facing difficulties which should also be checked for INCLUSION. Thanks for giving an opportunity.

Sir,It was a great thought with very poor implementation so far. How do you think of sending all the complaints to its root and expecting a fair resolution. We complain against the system, expecting justice through some genuine investigation. But what you do is, just act like e-postmaster to carry the complaint to the same person/unit against which the complaint has been raised. Pls think over it. If you are serious to address grievances.
