1)Action history should be open the compliant now we can see only the latest update. 2)There should be option to the user for not disclosing his details for a complaint. 3)Now many cases they just close without proper explanation or action.Ex: Action will be taken will be the remarks and case will be closed.Who will know whether proper action is taken or not. So there should be a reviewer for closing a case.

Criminal Alert App We should develop a mobile APP which will help the victims to safeguard themselves from criminals. If a criminal calls the victim and if the victim opens the app while attending the call or when they are in trouble, then the call will be connected to the nearest control room. The conversation will be recorded and place of conversation of both parties will be available for the control room user. This will help the police to take action before crime.

On portal, in Registration/Sign up form, you should add a coloum of Father Name and Person Identity and Resident Proof upload column also, It is necessary for stopping the fake complaint and in benefit of actual and original complaint solution.

I also suggest you that you should allow the all the file format or 3-4 file format in uploading documents. File size limitation creates problem for public, so you should give unlimited file size limit for document uploading. If it is not possible then maximum higher limit should be given to public. On Portal, Voice and Video Message complaint facility should be given to the public in all file format or 3-4 file format with maximum higher file size limit.

This is the tragedy of Bureaucracy that they closed the complaint without doing anything and problem remains as it is. This shown Non accountability of bureaucracy. Department not doing their job . This creates very frustration and irritation between public.

Public Grievances online will have effect only when there is a DEADLINE put to it. If a citizen's grievance is not responded within 48 hrs, it should escalate to higher level with the CM/PM having it on DASHBOARD. Then ALONE will political compulsions, corruption will come out & justice done to common man. How will common man benefit when his grievance will be used against him by some politician. In US, Fear of law ensures FAIR play at all levels barring politics at echelons.

The education system of India is not proper in my point of view. It is some kind of mechanical . This examination and competition based education system is increasing frustration, fear, rat racing mentality, criticizing mentality, selfishness and narrow mindedness among pupil. Should it be the aim of a Developing Nations Edu....
