Control over government spending have always been a grey area in our country. There is a sense of suspicion about the usage of money government spends for public , in other words benefits of government spending are not reaching public. There has to be a strong mechanism of monitoring actual usage of government spending . The myth that government money is meant for only misappropriation has to be busted at any cost.

Education and health should be of utmost priority. Toilets must be ensured whether those are in schools , colleges and own homes and further dedicated toilets for girls should be built at all villages , bus stands , stations which are to be manned by women only. Strict rules and regulations should be enacted and enforced in all correction and shelter homes for girls.

This campaign we should start first from poor villages, we all are well know about our Indian villages condition. One small farmer can't afford her education expense and if he can then he afraid to send her to city for education, because in villages there is no education even junior class there gov school only for the name.

There are more than 40-50 cr high and middle income group people in our country. every household should adopt one girl child and pay for its upbringing till she is qualified to earn her living. Govt Should work with NGO'S like SOS childrens village. They have 10 donors for one girl child. Each contributing 15K per child. So for 40-50 cr people it is not a huge amt individually but if seen collectively its a huge contribution. Evry person adopts only one girl child .
