The Ministry is seeking suggestions/ ideas/ inputs on the modalities of  celebrating the village formation day, either on a particular date, or a day of choice based on some historical reasons or on April 24, the Panchayati Raj Day.

Individual queries series of questions seeking inputs on the following aspects of the village formation day would be posed to the citizens:

i.    How the village formation day may be identified by each village i.e. either on a particular date, or a day of choice based on some historical reasons or on April 24, the Panchayati Raj Day?

ii.    What all activities could be undertaken for celebrating the village formation day?

iii.    In what ways could the villagers be involved with the celebration of the village formation day?

iv.    What could be the funding source(s) for the celebrating the village formation day?

v.    What resolve by villagers/Gram Panchayat,  Goal setting for next year/five years towards improving quality of life parameters (like safe drinking water, open defecation free village, solid and liquid waste management, reduction in infant mortality rate and maternal mortality rate, etc.)
could be incorporated in the village formation day?

vi.    What could be the basis of the preparation of the roll of honour of individuals?

vii.    What kind of awards honouring the people who have done exceptional work could be instituted during the village formation day?

It is to inform you that TOLL TAX is being charged by each Municipality in J&K,Punjab,Haryana and Delhi from Defense Serving/Retired Soldiers.After producing Identity card,persons on Toll Tax counter refuse to exempt payment which cost from Rs.75 to 130 Varies to each Municipality. They simply say that their Contractor has rule out any exemption for Defense forces. Request pass clear cut instructions on this matter.

Honor the hard labor of the farmers who are working hard for the NATION.Village to Village connectivity,drinking water,roof for all,respect women and girl children,keep away from personal enmity for village development.Govt officers,police personnel should keep constant touch withe the people.Administration should be pro-active for people.Single patch of land should not remain unirrigated.

Now time has come to instruct TV serial, writers/producers/directors to produce serials to educate young generation,how to over power terrorist.Though they are equipped with deadly weapons but few in numbers. Each one of us be mentally prepared to gather courage and attack on Terrorists collectively. By doing this no major loss of life will be seen & they cannot shoot one-by-one on vulnerable parts. A person cannot die if any number of bullets hitting beyond vulnerable parts of body.

महोदय, मेरे नाम हनुमान प्रसाद सेन है आज जो अपराध हो रहे है उस पर लगाम कैसे लगे? , एक विचार है मेरा यदि अमल हो तो शायद ये कारगर साबित हो सकता है। …। जिस तरह मोबाईल में सिम होती है और उस सिम को ट्रेस करके ये पता लगाया जा सकता है की इस समय फलां व्यक्ति फलां जगह है और इस आधार पर उसे पकड़ा जा सकता है ठीक इसी तरह हर एक यातायात के साधनो ( कार , बाइक, बस , ट्रक , आदि ) सभी में एक सिम जैसा उपकरण लगे जिससे उस गाड़ी के स्थान का पता लग सके, साथ ही पुराने साधनो में भी वो उपकरण लगे, उसकी जानकारी R.T.O और
