If #GramPradhan is educated and he really wants to work for his village then nothing can obstacle development of village. Education is big problem in villages. And now days Young men even 10 or lower age child is in #Addiction or liquor or #Ganza. In this way village can't be growth. As i wants to do lots of thing for my village but due to #unsupportive UP government i can't do any thing, I only know by #Education any problem can be saved

My Honorable PM --- many things to write 500 characters can't be sufficient to express my feelings. Everywhere in India corruption is the first display. We can't enter into any govt. office without some extra money for govt. employees. We are complaining means we are just barking --- no one to listen us --- After a long time we have hope only on one Indian--- He is Mr. Narendra Modi Sahab, who has courage to dream at least for transparency. Let's see what's happening /////

Sakriya Panchayat can be possible with Sakriya CSC unders e-governance. Every complain of every villagers should be properly monitored. "One rupee for 1kg rice" scheme should be stopped immediately which makes labor lazy and has a negative impact on cultivation. Every help or subsidy should be given through Bank like gas subsidy. Govt. makes policy or scheme not for the benefit of common people but for the benefit of it's bonafied employees. Corruption is the only obstacle for the development.

Panchayat is the grassroot leavle element to build a development State, so we should try to socialy, economicaly & educationaly grouth the panchayat, Firstly a person should appoint as Panchyat Development Officer(PDO) which age group between 45 to 65, Secondly a Nationalized bank provaided to all Panchayat and all transaction of Panchayat funds through the bank i.e Oldage pention,Widow pention, and others schme. development work of panchayat should be fainalised in tender process by with T&C.

My favorite PM, After Mr. Atal Bihari Bajpai every Indian has a great hope on u. I appreciate the steps are taken by you. But a sakriya panchayat can be possible with the development of farmers in village. Reality of a farmer is far away from the picture given by Givt. Govt. just declaring but proper implementation hasn't possible yet. The financial position of a farmer is always same. It's not sufficient to meet his day-to-day needs. Govt. record is totally different from the actual.

Government is not monitoring properly and supervising that common people as farmer, blow poverty line people and daily income based workers, they suffer from ill state governance as per constitution of India,Right of equality is not seen any where.Commission agents play with poor, ration dealers are not doing their work proper, societies for urea is most corrupt, prathmik chikitsa suraksha, development in rural area is on paper only and if happen only of bad quality.

Sir it is glad to know that you Sir provided such a great platform to discuss about the nation building and share genuine and innovative thoughts.Sir i want to say that if we want to make our nation strong then we have to build our rural or to say most undeveloped segment of the society that is farmer, they don't have any kind of support from the state government. They don't have their basic rights as proper rationing, house for poor, fertilizers and pesticides for farming under government scheme.
