How can so many questions be answered in 500 characters? If the govt. is serious asking for suggestions, it should allow MSword and other text/PDF files so that the intellectuals and thinkers would be be able to upload documents containing specific and elaborated ideas.

Priority should be given to poor and those living in rented house .Govt should contact to land lords for giving land some where or some contribution for their tenant for making their house . This will benefit landlord as they got relief from old tenant ,tenant will get their house and Govt achieve their goals and land free of cost or some contribution. .

the policy should target people who do not have a single home. There are many working couples who buy more than one home either in joint or individual names for real estate investments. Tax benefits should be provide only for the first home or a single property bought either singly or jointly. In case of upgradation, the benefit should be given only to the differential amount.

We can have buildings built for the homeless in slum areas itself as this will be much more easier than acquiring brand new land.
We can also employ the homeless itself in these constructions as this will save money on labour as well.

Fin ministernow asks banks not to resort to strike. But govt shd positivy act in time to heed their reasonable demands that are overdue for over past three fouryears.
Bankers are burdened with so much work such as pmjdy, pahal subsidy, besides the sector is much understaffed.
Govt to intervene in time protect nations priority, care banking sector.
Banking is vital for countrys growth.if ignored, economy will be hampered

We must ensure agricultue related jobs for people whose land is acquired for urban development like water management, greenery management, vegetable tradings, grocery supermarket shops within the residential complex, drain management, Solar power maintenance etc. therefore jobs can be ensured for farmers and poor land owners. Apart from good compensation in cash...licenses for these jobs must be issue with 10-15% reservation for local population...similarly 1 house for every hectare be alloted

As far as for the existing policies regarding housing for all, concerned local bodies are not acting on the guidelines. If any local bodies does wrong there is no action taken. Do implement new guidelines in the new policies so that local bodies will be held responsible for their wrong doing.
