In my view the following points must be taken care of. 1. Quality of housing. (They should be safe, sturdy and built with modern technology using locally available resources and as per local climatic conditions. 2. Allocation must be genuine after transparent assessment of the economic condition of the allot-tees..

from past independence our plans are like watering a plant from the leaf but we all know no plant can survive unless we water it to its root, we should stop all plans which keep poor more poorer. too many things could be done , not only to bring development , but also to make a country with good governance, what my idea is " modi is last hope of our country", its very simple to understand , this plan was already introduced, do we have house? if govt really want a change or to continue thei poli

Vast tracts of land which could be used for society's welfare like public libraries, senior citizens recreation room, neighbourhood schools are illegally occupied by Tent Lobby. In connivance with corrupt officials, they grab and install permanent tents from which they earn lakhs of rupees on monthly basis. Look at the tents - a permanent fixture - in Raja Garden, New Delhi occupied by unscrupulous tent mafia for years, depriving the residents of essential facilities.

Urban slums can be upgraded by ppp model, there are numerous solutions available which are cheap and Eco friendly. For ex: - water can be provided door to door in cans by better localised distribution and prodn. - electricity through solar roof top - water free sanitation facilities - no demolition to encourage people to invest, but check on further encrouchment - goods which will help upgrade the living condition - providing livelihood opportunities to women in neighbourhood

There are so many plats in urban and metro ereas vacant. If State/Central Gov modify in RENT ACT,landlors of flats will come forward to offer their flats on Rental.Consequently, the demand of flats will be cosiderably come down and in turn the Prices of flats.People will tend to invest in hous proprty to earn income by way of Rents.Another way to fetch demand of flats down,is to Construct flats thru CIDCO/HUDCO and offere them to employed persons on Rental basis as it is In AURANGABAD(Maharashra)

there r so many schemes for poor ppls, and for minorities. no schemes for middle class who is also going through very miserable time. no job. for them only they hav to pay tax everywhere. there is no one to ask them their prob. those who take votes should go to every home to ask their prob, and every one should treat equal not just minority should provide extra benefits
