4. What role can the State Housing Boards/Corporations and other state entities play in this objective?

6. What role can the private sector play in “Housing for All” by 2022?
7. What is the role of industries?
8. What should be the role of individual?

Kind Attention RBI, Respected Sir, The housing policies are depend on your action & orders. Sir the banks are nationalized by our Govt. for better service to the people and stop the people being exploited from private lenders or Mahajans but Banks exploit the people more than private lenders For Example:- If some body take a house loan from a nationalized bank and due to problem if he unable to deposit installments for two to six months then banks auctioned his landed property, plz.stop it

To save money, First allocate space for an employment generating venture and then allocate vacant spaces converted into plots around the venture for purchase by people. This way both people and government will benefit. The clusters residences around a venture providing employment is self sustainable and will take care of itself. Government has to acquire sufficient space for both ventures and residences together.

There is a need to correct some of the pain points like traffic congestion in exiting cities. Demolish problem causing structure more scientifically and by providing good compensation or alternate land. Roads size should be big in new planning. Refer developed country city planning we can pick most of the items from there except environmental items as most are cold countries

Bring in a law to make advertisers of flats & apartments to clearly specify the Carpet area & Super built area in their ADDS. Also they should be made to furnish the basic cost and also other overheads clearly. So many Builders play with these overheads which they hide normally. In View of the above make them to give Basic cost, overheads & Registration charges clearly.
