3. What should be the role of ULBS’s?
4. What role can the State Housing Boards/Corporations and other state entities play in this objective?
5. What are the key learnings from Urban Local Bodies in implementation of housing programmes?
6. What role can the private sector play in “Housing for All” by 2022?
7. What is the role of industries?
8. What should be the role of individual?
9. How to mobilize financial resources for this objective?
10. What kind of legal and regulatory frameworks are required to facilitate housing in general and “Housing for All” in particular?
11. How can more urban land be made available for housing?
12. How can linkage between employment/livelihood and housing be made more robust?

Middle and upper middle class who have access to bank housing loans have ability to take care of their needs.May be there is a case for lowering interest rates, reduce stamp duty and registration ,processing fees etc.Govt should focus on the marginal section of society by being a facilitator.Ther could be special incentives to corporates, builders, and wealthy to build and rent out small sized apartments to disadvantaged people at low rents.levy flat low rent income tax and chaneliseblackmoney

First of all remove all tax benefits on holding more than one house/flat by a family. Sothat demand can come down and only actual users can buy at reasonable price. Today those who have funds or credit worthiness are buying multiple flats as investment and due this reason demand increases and so the price of flats. Regulate the real Estate Industry for timely delivery and have quality control Set up new Cities with Industrial to reduce demand and price of flats in Metro cities

Use prefabricated concrete structures for low cost, with high quality and less turnaround time. It will also help in implementing building by laws related to disaster management and better utilization of resources will lead to greener buildings.

I am waiting smart city names & blue print for smart city since last 9 months. But still gov is not able to declare all the smart cities name and parameters of the smart city. I felt since last 9 months they are doing time pass instead of doing actual ground work. I am BJP supporter so I would request you please try to declare smart cities name and blue print of all the smart cities and deadline to complete the smart city plan then only you will get the Vote of indian people else I lose faith.

1. Firstly the housing for all (not just poor people) must be spread in neighboring locations of any major city or metro. It must be ensured that such locations are well connected to the major city or metro in consideration. 2. Smart housing must be developed with some parts also reserved for agriculture of daily stuff like veggies etc. also grow-locally sell-locally model shud be adapted. 3. housing plans must not be approved without incorporating plans like water harvesting, green zones, etc

a full proof plan of settlement before plot allocation. sometimes , in future to widen the roads , colonies are destroyed which is very painful to residents. Better govt plan it in advance, if allocated illegally, find guilty whether govt person or others, punish them, make them refund amount at current prices to victim

In some cases it's seen that the plot alotted to needy person by the State Housing Board is under encroachment for decades and the por hapless person (like me) is deprived of his own home at the fag end of life.Board has legal excuse that the matter is in court .Board should alot Alternate PLOT or at least a Flat before the alottee breathes his last

Many people are discouraged by the functions of Local area Development Authority whether it is a Corporation or a Municipality........ where a simple file do not move a inch without money! Like govt has done away required AFFADAVIT with SELF ATTESTATION Plans for Construction of Small House should be made SELF SANCTIONED provided it is signed by a Registered Engineer.
