Sir, due to problems in villages people are coming to towns/cites so we have to create facilities in villages so that we can stop people to run after oasis, If we provide health, Education etc. the prime facilities then only we can only solve the housing problems. their should be guideline for constructing houses every person have to donate 5% to 10% of project cost for agriculture benefits.

...Hence is it not unfair with the farmers and the urban people who dream for an economic and affordable housing ? Are being denied of their fundamental rights directly by a govt.Agency itself ? Lands such procured should be built and delivered directly to the people at costs prices Only by the Govt.Agencies itself ? Then The role of the Government shall be defined as Achche din Aa sakte hain or otherwise ? The dream of the common man can be a hopes in dark? And it shall be paradise to rich Only?

The urban Housing Government agencies like City and Industrial Development Corporation Maharashtra/ NOIDA UP and other States do have the organizations like these but Their Main objects of formation such organizations are Mismatch with it's objects ?These are playing the roles of Estate Agencies and working like Government land Mafias ? As they are acquiring forcefully the lands from the innocent villagers @the pricing per Acres and after little development sales them at highest bid @per sq mts

Clean India Campaign started by Hon. PM is a very good initiative & hopefully with participation of all citizens, we can make it a grand success. Notwithstanding this, Clean India campaign alone (i.e. only physical cleanliness) wouldn't suffice. We need to transform this campaign into "Cleanse India" campaign so that all malaise in our society (Corruption, dishonesty, disrespect, crimes etc) is totally eradicated & our dream of "स्वच्छ, सुन्दर, सुसंस्कृत और सुरक्षित भारत " comes true soon.
