Honb'le PM Modiji, Do we have a real working Public Grievance Redress system?. If so why my grievance NO. DPG/C/2012/80001, is still pending unresolved from Jan 2012 with DPG, Cabinet Secretariat, in spite having clear orders from Andhra Pradesh HC, SC of India and DOP&PW?. Does it mean, the lower level bureaucrats and authorities can not be controlled, or Ordered by their superiors, to deliver justice to the public expeditiously, based on the govt orders and principles?. Can we expect JUSTICE

We must have an authority to monitor real estate pricing in the country classify cities on diff tiers like tier 1 2 3 and fix a rate and see that for ten years the rates of residential plots dont rise this can be done by maintaining constant supply of developed land so that builders dont start raising prices also set a land bank ceilingon Builders

Goal: Not to build vertical slums. In order for this to work, we need to consider two things 1. How to make it profitable for private entities 2. How to make it graft free For 1, We need to emphasise on greater FSI for providing low cost houses to builders. Builders in our country are notorious, and will find a way to make this into graft. So they must not sell these flats themselves but sell it to housing agency which will then on a priority list (do they have kids, married)

Waste collection is a serious issue these days. Govt. shall fund acquisition of garbage collection trucks, such as those modern ones already in use in major cities. It is impossible to keep our cities clean when the amount of trash that can be collected by these trucks is lesser than what we generate. So announce a financial support to major corporations to purchase these trucks. This can be part of #makeinindia or #swatchhBharat. The collected trash should be used to generate electricity.
