The Government of India has been formulating National Housing Policies to provide guidance to the State Governments to meet the growing housing shortage. The first every Housing Policy was announced in May, 1988. The National Urban Housing and Habitat Policy (NUHHP), 2007 is currently under force. A copy of the same is available at http://mhupa.gov.in/policies/duepa/HousingPolicy.2007.pdf. It is desired that the existing policy be revised to reflect the changes in the past years and taking forward the objective of “Housing for All” by 2022.

In this regard inputs are elicited for new “National Urban Housing and Habitat Policy, 2015” on the following:

1. What should be the role of Government of India in promoting “Housing for All” by 2022?
2. What should the State Governments do in achieving the said objective?
3. What should be the role of ULBS’s?
4. What role can the State Housing Boards/Corporations and other state entities play in this objective?
5. What are the key learnings from Urban Local Bodies in implementation of housing programmes?
6. What role can the private sector play in “Housing for All” by 2022?
7. What is the role of industries?
8. What should be the role of individual?
9. How to mobilize financial resources for this objective?
10. What kind of legal and regulatory frameworks are required to facilitate housing in general and “Housing for All” in particular?
11. How can more urban land be made available for housing?
12. How can linkage between employment/livelihood and housing be made more robust?
13. How to promote new building technologies for faster, robust, sustainable and environment friendly homes especially mass housing?

आसपास हो ताकि बाइक के पूरक के रूप में ?नौजवानों के जीवन के सुरक्षा के दृष्टि कोण से छोटी छोटी सुंदर कारें बनाए ? जो १००० सीसी से कम हो एवरेज ३० किमी से ज्यादा हो ? इसका इंजन १० साल बाद सिचाई पंप में कन्वर्ट हो सके ताकि इसको अंतत गांवों में खेती के काम में लिया जा सके ? इनकी स्पीड १०० किमी से ज्यादा न हो ? इनका रजिस्ट्रेशन सिर्फ १० साल का ही हो ? उसके बाद चाहे गाड़ी सक्रेप करें या नया इंजन ही लगाना पडेगा ? रजिस्टर नंबर भी खत्म हो जाएगा तथा नए नंबर लेने होगें ? इससे छोटी व नई गाडियों का इक्नामिकल चलन बढेगा व सडक पर रखरखाव कम होगा? वय

जबतक सडक और वाहनों की संख्या का सही अनुपात नहीं होगा वहाँ कितनी भी आधुनिक तम गाडियां भले क्यों न हो उनके न तो स्पीड का उपयोग है और न तो समत की उपयोगिता ? आधुनिक बाइक से आए दिन कितने अबोध नवयुवक दुर्घटनाओं में अपनी व देश की कीमत गंवा रहे है ? इसकी न तो उनके माँ बाप को चिंता है और न तो सरकार को ? क्यों कि दोनों अपनी अज्ञानता के वशीभूत है ? सरकार को चाहिए जबतक इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर दरुस्त नहीं हो ? अत्याधुनिक वाहनों का निर्माण व विक्रय पर तुरंत रोक लगाएँ ? साथ ही सुरक्षा कारणों वश ऐसी ४ पहियों की छोटे वाहनों की खोज करें जो कीमत में २ लाख के ..

24. For the extremely economically weak sections, these houses will be indefinetely kept under govt control until the whole costs has been paid back to the govt. 25.No family should hold more than 1 house in this scheme. 26.It should be limited to 1 BHK houses only. 27.There should be piped gas supply in these houses. 28.Proper segregation and garbage disposal systems should be in place in these areas.

21. Al lot of land can be made available in cities by absorbing the land around unused warehouses,sick industrial units, reclamation and dumping grounds and landfills ( once garbage treatment plants are set up) 22.All housing plans to be checked by criteria drawn by experts to ensure quality. 23.The contractors and the sanctioning beaurocrat to be held responsible and jailed for any mishap like house collapse if proved due to use of substandard materials.

Can be built by govt/PPP model. 15.All companies can be made to take part in this by virtue of their CSR. 16.Skill development centres to train people can be started in such colonies. 17.Non polluting small scale units run by women to be developed in these areas. Womens self help groups to be formed to market these products. 18. Exclusive policing in these areas. 19.Solar lighting, biogas plants to be made for renewable energy. 11.This will be a boost to the construction sector.

सरकार हो ? और अपने अपने राजनीतिक पार्टियों के हिसाब से उनका अपना मुख्य मंत्री हो ? वहाँ की जनता का विकास वहाँ की सरकार जैसे चाहे करें ? यदि राज्य में अनिश्चितता का माहौल बने तो वहाँ केंद्र सरकार अपने पास अधीन ले कर कानून व्यवस्था देश हित में रखे ? चूंकि कश्मीर का मसला अंतराष्ट्रीय न बनने पाऐ ? अपनी मजबूत सरकार के चलते तुरंत कार्य वाही कर देना चाहिए ? इससे जम्मू कश्मीर पर ब्लैकमेलिंग का समाधान हो जाएगा? और न तो पाकिस्तान हस्तक्षेप कर सकेगा ? और न तो चाइना भी कोई कूटनीति कर सकेगा ? जय हिन्द

8.It should be registered in the name of the wife/eldest daughter of the family. 9.These units should not be sold to any one except back to the govt.No private transaction to be allowed. 10. Allotment only on basis of Aadhar. So no duplication and multiple units allotment. 11.Good road/rail connectivity to nearby areas of work. 12.Green belts around the housing areas along with mandatory rain water harvesting. 13.Multistorey building constructions to be made to optimize space utilisation.

1.All unsused waste land in rural and urban India should be google mapped. 2.They should be utilised for housing. 3.Distant plots from urban areas should be connected by good roads. 4.Locally sourced, low cost, high strength materials to be used. 5.self sufficient localities in markets, health centres, banks, post office,schools. 6.Formation of a National Fund in which people can put long term deposits as investment. 7.Should have water recycling,sewage treatment facilities.

श्रीमान मोदी जी॥ जम्मू कश्मीर के नतीजे आकर काफी समय हो गया है ? भाजपा निष्कर्ष लेने में बहुत देर कर रही है ? ऐसा न हो जैसा कि दिल्ली का हुआ ? अतः आप से अनुरोध है कि १. देश की सुरक्षा व पाकिस्तानी दखल व विरोधी गुटों के प्रस्ताव के सामने कतई न झुके ? यदि वहाँ की समस्याओं से हमेशा हमेशा के लिए देश हित में निजात पाना चाहते है तो ? १.केंद्र मैं आपकी पूर्ण बहुमत की सरकार है ?२. यदि जम्मू की जनता का बहुमत देखकर जम्मू को अलग राज्य बना दें ३. कश्मीरी जनता की अपेक्षाकृत उनका अलग राज्य बना दे? ४.लद्दाख का अलग छोटा राज्य या केंद्र शासित प्रदेश बना दें ? ताकि सबका अलग अलग सरकार ....
