there is pilferage in government schemes in rural areas as senior officers rarely monitor records. Government should release data of each village , the spend data by government and ask for its impact. This can make social audit effective

Few things we can do, Do increase penetration of mobile phone. We can follow system of Bangladesh where there is scheme to share mobile phones. So cost of ownership is low. We should employ service on wheels. Kike medical checkup, bank etc on weekly or fortnightly basis. so all village are covered till infrastructure is created for every vehicle. Government employee should be paid extra for Rural posting as they consider it as punishment posting and find ways not to do work.

As our like minded people have told creating online portal for M.M, online sales, including a lawyer and doctor are very thoughtful. I read thousands of government schools got closed last year those facilities can be used for these kind of initiatives by local groups.

Women not only in rural areas even in the so called urban areas also hesitate to take initiatives as she is pre-occupied and is a man at heart in making a house run smoothly. Nevertheless, we should create some channels(not serials please.,) to give training with minimal fees (no interest will be shown if monetary attachment is missing) that she can do, how she can help to the system, showcase achievements and reward her commitment which will help and encourage every woman to come forward.

1) Mahila Mandal (M.M) incharge should help other members by spreading awareness and to get benefit of govt. schemes under Digital India Platform.
2) M.M website should be created where all M.M from overall India can come together and share their views and experience.
3) M.M District level Incharge should have option to be in touch with N.C.W atleast by email.
4) M.M incharge should help other members to sell their manufactured products with online shopping portals and get a better deal
