Women play very important role in upliftment of Society. It is also felt that the rural women hesitate to come forward and take the initiative individually hence need is felt to strengthen them by mobilizing them in group.

Accordingly, ICDS Department UT of Dadra and Nagar Haveli has framed Mahila Mandals covering the remote areas under each Anganwadi Centres.

Mahila Mandal Comprises of local women’s

1. Lady Sarpanch / Lady Member of Panchayat Chairman
2. Anganwadi Worker Member Secretary
3. Primary School Lady Teacher Member
4. Train Dai Member
5. Social Worker Member
6. Gram Sevika Member

Regular meeting of Malila Mandal is to be conducted at their level covering the local issues. Women are mobilized to raise the voice against practices among villages like early marriage / School droop out / Child labour / Girl child issues etc.

Women can also be kept awarded on general issues regarding their rights etc. and the various scheme implemented by the Govt. of India for their benefit.

Changes in Women can definitely bring a change in the Society and we can move head for betterment.

The Department is inviting comments in this regards from expertise in the field so that the same can be adopted by the Department of these unprivileged rural people can get the benefit what they deserve.

After local self government there were lot of hopes,but it also turn in misery for rural people.At awareness centers it should be clear notice about three tire system,responsibilities of heads of panchayats.How much money has been released for what purpose should be intimated to the people time to time.Panchayat heads should display their account every year in written for public.

for that are any ill-will motive behind the drive.Agriculture,Revenue,Education,Health,Police,Transport,Irregation,Judiciary, etc are the main fields which rural people have to face.At primary level at least awareness centers should be abailable with in 1 to 2 km range from village,specially for women.Awareness should be in the form of circular booklet issued by the office of District Magistrate.

वर्षा :जल भराव – शहरके लिए हताशा जहाँ एक तरफ हम वर्षा के जल का संचय नहीं कर पा रहे हैं वहीँ दूसरी तरफ उसी वर्षा के जल भराव से पूरा का पूरा शहर अस्त व्यस्त हो रहा है यह मात्र इस वर्ष की बात नहीं है प्रत्येक वर्ष यही दशा होती है पर हम मानसून को विदा कर सारी समस्या भूल जाते हैं भूलने की हमारी आदत में कब परिवर्तन आएगा ! इन कच्चे कुओं को सड़क पर होने वाले जल भराव को भी कनेक्ट कर सड़क के जल भराव को भी कम किया जा सकता है

Rural India has been always manipulated according to the interests of governing bodies.It always depended on intention of person who appointed for the cause.From bignning corruption is present in government machinery and uneducated rural people were kept in dark a unawareness.This conversation could be under stood by now.In my state of U.P. since last two years rural people are engage in filling form for Ration Card but could not succeed because of gov policies. घटता भू-जल चिंतनीय पर जल संचयन नामुम्किन नहीं समीक्षा एवं सुझाव भू-जल स्तर निरंतर तेजी से गिरता जा रहा है; चिंताजनक बात यह है कि इस विकट समस्या से निपटने के लिए अब तक हमने कोई भी ठोस समाधान नहीं ढूँढा है !यह एक अकाट्य सत्य है कि अगर यह जल स्तर यूँ ही गिरता रहा तो आने वाले समय में पीने के लिए भी पानी उपलब्ध नही होगा ! तेजी से नीचे गहराई में उतरते भूजल स्तर के कारण जो नलकूप दो से ढाई हजार LPM पानी देते थे वह आज बमुश्किल 600 से 700 LPM पानी ही दे पा रहे हैं ! यही नहीं हर साल दर्जनों हैण्डपंप

वृक्षारोपण अभियान ! इस भद्र महिला के जज्बे से मन में एक ख्याल आया कि जिस प्रकार प्रधानमंत्री जी ने स्वच्छता अभियान , अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस पर लोगों को एक साथ खड़ा कर के एक नया कीर्तिमान स्थापित किया उसी तरह "वृक्षारोपण अभियान" के माध्यम से पर्यावरण दिवस के अवसर पर लोगों से एक वृक्ष लगाने और उसे अपने बच्चे जैसे पालपोस कर बड़ा करने का जिम्मा लेने के लिए आवाहन करें ! इस अभियान से एक दिन में 50 - 60 करोड़ वृक्ष एक दिन में लग सकते हैं ! इस महिला से हमें भी कुछ सबग लेना ही चाहिए !अरुणेन्द्र क0 श्रीवा

Instead of importing health workers or programmers govt. can take rural people and give them training in all aspects and give the salaries according to their performance. That will most effective and motivate. Enable them act as the civilized society through them

Social economic development of woman in rural people is very important concept, The woman should be encouraged to be self employed, various field in which the woman can work, the scope of work and employment should be enlarged. if the woman is healthy and wealthy, the social status will be high, further, special education arrangement for woman in the special field, which will help to quick development in the area or work, earning will be increased. infra and other facilities should be provided

Men commit lot of atrocities against women. Unfortunately, women commit a lot of crimes against women too. Actually, this is the current scenario. I hope the above team could do something.
