Apart from the six members in the Mahila Mandal , Include one doctor & legal advisor in this group.Conduct meetings at least once in a month.Upload the minutes of the meeting and the decisions taken in the respective website. Include all the members in the meeting.Register the names of the members in the concerned website. Make provision to monitor the working of the committee regularly.

1. Pre-requisite for success - Male members must be kept informed about the developments
2. Bank A/c of every women be opened
3. 'Special Noon schools'- this time suits her the best - basic education and awareness about GOI schemes
4. Skill based programs - Pickle, handicrafts, embroidery, maids for kids etc. Govt. should be active buyer / facilitator. Marketing support must

Sir mera mana hai ke pahle village me light ke problam ko dur kiya jaye kaskar 6 to 9 pm es time sab log women ko chod kar house se bhar rahte hai yahi time hai ke hum un ko apne planing ko tv aur radio par bata sakte hai. Ye ek aache pahal ho sakti hai. Es time he man drink karta hai. Village me har 300 m ke duri par ek computer center open karna ho ga aur free basic knowladge dena ho ga women ho ku ke jamane ke sath digtial karne se hume 70% women progess planing ko success bana sakte hai.

यदि आप नारी का स्तर समाज में सुधारना चाहते है तो सबसे पहले समाज में नारी के प्रति सोच बदलने की जरुरत है .. यदि समाज में नारी के प्रति सम्मान की भावना ला पायें तो मेरा मानना है बहुत हद तक नारी का स्तर समाज में सुधर जायेगा.
सरकार को चाहिए की मिडिया में नारी की छबि को सुधारे .. मिडिया एक अहम् जरिया है लोंगो के बीच पहुँचाने का .
आप चाहे टीवी इन्टरनेट या कोई मूवीज देख ले उसमे नारी का नकारात्मक रूप ज्यादा दिखाया जाता है !!!!!

1. Facilitating the growth of more women- led self- help groups.
2. Allowing the women greater access to parental property, and encouraging her to adopt the path of sustainable savings in the future.
3. Provision of night schools, exclusively for the women, with full attention to their safety.
4. Involving more women in the various rural works, and often putting them in positions of responsibility.
5. An Aadhar card for all the women.
6. Throwing light on successes of female-led households.
