Its a great initiative taken by the government but I cant understand why the government has created so many limitations to these accounts, like transaction limits and non availability of advanced facilities like internet banking etc. these accounts should be as like as normal accounts. And the other problem is the non cooperation of bank staffs with uneducated people. They behave with the customers like their servants instead of behaving like customers this is disgusting.

Sir...i m proud that u hv started jan dhan scheme...but sad to tell u that there is many people who lives in jhuggis n otger areas..who even doesn't hv even ration card....if asked them to make these cards..they always says that they don't kniw how to make it...or even they say that they don't hv any proof with them or permanent address...due to which they step back to make these cards..even sometimes people from middle class...gave their address to make jhuggis people card..which is bad.....

In Jaipur Rajasthan, SBI and SBBJ branch at Mansarovar refused to open Bank account of my wife when she appraoched for open account on 04.12.2014 under pradhan mantri Jan dhan Yojna. Instead they asked to open Saving account with minimum 5000 balance. So Banks should be strictly instructed for not to harass citizens who wish to avail benefits of Govt. schemes.

After stopping the paid toilet systems in railway station, the station toilets are very dirty in most of the stations in Kerala. We found this at Kozhikode and Thrissur. Hope that you will look in to this. Thanking you
