Employees including the managers in the public back are very ignorant. They don't bother about customer service. I think a complaint or a feedback box should be there in every bank where people can put their feedback or complaint that should be collected at the end of day by someone who is above the branch manager level. Every employees whoever is responsible for bad customer experience should be questioned and proper action should be taken against them. This way customer service will improve.

banks should provide credit limit on debit card of 2,00,000/- though the A/C holder don't have any money this should be only towards new business or new projects, though bank can release the money in different phases. Due to this Youth will not have to rely on parents and heavy loan, this will increase the GDP as well

Please create 'One Card One Value ' like debit ,Credit, Visa Card all bank have not same value of card for using. When we pay by card all banks are not included. Big problem with UPSC & SSC only accept SBI Card for payment.

Appraisement system for employees should be introduce based on their performance. For instance only 2-3 employees in a private bank handle more than double work then 7-10 employees of a public sector bank, Bad behaviour and almost nil responsibility of such employees is biggest laggard for these public sector banks. Only way by which public sector bank can blossom is changing work style and behavioural change of their employees.

With this kind of attitude I would never go back to a public sector banks in India. I wanted to open a business account but now I would never open one with Govt banks, I am opening with ICICI, which is serving cxs better than Govt banks. The main change that has to come in Public sector Banks, is to treat customers with respect and understand that we invest money and thats why they get paid. In foreign, every customer with $1 or $1 million are treated with respect. We need some respect & dignity

Dear Sir, I am an NRI. I went to my local branch SBH hyderabad around 3.45pm and got my statement(for some other purpose). I had to get a stamp on the statement, as it was printed on white sheet. I was told to go to the employee sitting next, by then it was 4.00pm and he didnt stamp stating its over 4pm. I tried to explain that I was there around 3.45pm and its the banks duty to serve the cxs who are in before time. But he was reluctant and rude(got in to argument). I cancelled my account. HK

I suggest to remove the limitations put on use of ATM cards. Also some bank ATMs are very poor in their performances & technical support . This has to be improvised. If possible raise the upper age limit for jobs in Banks

Remove all the government schemes from psu and make a separate bank for only government schemes. So that middle man can get the best service at the lowest cost. They have to move to private bank for service but private banks charges are not Affordable.
