To be continued: The strength of a religion and a particular culture lies in it's ethics and moral values, it has nothing to do with number of population following it. If a religion and culture can't retain and promote it's moral values to the mankind, it has to perish; it is bound to perish. Creating ICBM's of more than 10,000 is a complete waste of money because the end question is WHAT WOULD BE IT'S USE?

To be continued: India as a nation should focus of technologies like Iron Dome of Israel and work hard on the defense mechanisms. Instead we need to create technologies that could dismantle the attack of the 20,000 mile range ICBM and acquire energy from such huge nuclear fission which could be used for sustainable growth. If we as a citizen of India focused to be the most powerful nation on the face of earth, then that power should be constructive power and not the destructive one.

To be continued: So, the question comes does US will really blow up the whole planet to prove that they are the most powerful. If that happens, then I guess UNO is useless and it's a tool of moral polishing in order to exploit under developed nations to feed the interest of G8 nations. India instead needs to focus on constructive power. The real power comes from selfless service and not from mass destruction.

If India is working for high range ballistic missile and flushing millions of rupees on these ICBM projects, then I guess it's a complete waste of money. We Indians should not get addicted to being the most powerful nations by making weapons of mass destruction. For example: USA has an ICBM of 20,000 air miles and the total air distance between earth's north pole and south pole is 18,000 miles.

attitude of bank employees in public sector is the big issue. They don't treat customer well. Implementation of newer technology is also an issue. I have noticed that many banks have token machines at their premise but it lay their unused. The other issues are lack of staff and timely service to customer. In my opinion their work and skill must be reviewed and monitored.

Following points should be taken care for the better Banking in PSU Bank: 1) Latest technology and its training should be provided to the staffs of the Bank so that they can compete with private and foreign Banks. 2) As Banking play important role in economy, it should be reach to individual person .. not by opening a/c and increasing count. Adequate staff in all Banks. 3) Youngster should be motivated by giving better opportunities, options and perks to continue in banking units.
