Sir, Please introduce a Receipt system in all branches. When ever someone comes with a request, that request must be registered online. Such that, anyone can monitor the actual time it takes to resolve the issue. For example, I applied for a HOMELOAN that SBI denied. But, ICICI gave me in 7 days. It means my CREDIBILITY is not doubtful, rather their attitude is. Ofcourse, I don't have any proof of their rejection of my request and the reason for it. jai hind......

Customer Support services should be provided as Online chat, telephonic & physically. Bank employees must be well trained & also the timings of banks should be 9 AM to 5 PM to support more people like Private sector banks. One more facility should be started of converting 100/500/1000 Rs. notes to small denominations alongside the ATMs so that people do not need to suffer of change & it can also stop the black market of Money changing.

Sir, online banking be compulsory for max account holders. Bank employees need accommodation close to their banks to overcome fatigue. The clerical staff should be made accountable and have to complete their daily targets. The clerical staff winds up work at 4 PM while the officer grades work till 10 PM. Staff to help uneducated or old people to do paperwork. Increase size of the bank office to accommodate customers. Increase functions of teller machines to reduce manual work.

Initiate public sector employee union reforms & ensure that unionism is removed from the banking system. Focus on recruiting the best rather than the recommended, do away with reservation or reduce the percentage immediately. Focus on 'hire & fire' system based on regular performance management. Be stringent in enforcing 'Customer Orientation'...however all these are easier said than done, keeping in view of the current situation of 'Entitlement of being a public sector employee'.

Dear sir, Improve attitude & athecs of employees. They do not behave as public servant but Babus, expects every one to say Namestey to them.I strongly feel they work like show room employees.Bank must be run professionally. No NPAs. NO loan wavers. No Subsidy on bank loans. Conditions settled during giving loan must be adhere to by all cost.Pvt sectors must undertake their part of SRIs. to balance out their corporate earnings. All banks must be encouraged to have spunky buildings.
