I would draw your attention to pathetic Judiciary of India. I am of firm mind that by changing the processes and through these processes making Judges, Supreme court to lowest court, accountable for the judgement to make judiciary work for people. I shall be active to transform Judiciary from present manual LORDSHIP to the best in the world digital and effective to the point that many nations including developed nations will adopt this new devised judiciary. No more copy or look to UK USA etc

1. Improvement in attitude of staff towards customers. Most of the staff at counter behave as if they are doing favour to customers. 2. Strong public relation executives who can visit customers off banking hours and brief about products. 3. Bring young blood at all levels. People who are with slie reflexes be kept at advisory levels. 4. Give insurance of some sort to all account holders inclusive of loan accounts at a nominal premium which can be done under group insurance.

In Nationalised banks, like ANDHRA BANK, there is a very strange practise. They say if you wish to make a transaction like getting netbanking, and your account is jointly held, then both persons should sign on the form for netbanking. Wonderful, it means, I have to enter the bank always alongwith my joint account holder otherwise, I never know for which transaction the officer will say, bring the joint account holder alongwith. The branches make their own rules rahter than have SOP

I m PSU bankers but not going to ask for salary hike. I suggest to have seamless transfer (on request of employ) of bank employee within the PSU banks, as the bank having best HR practices and good growth will attract the best talent. Being service organization Human resource is the KEY for the bank.
