To MR NARENDRA MODI How we the 2500 employees of M/s ABHIJEET PROJECTS LTD will maintain our family when our 14 months salary is pending? we have written so many times to you but all in vain. At this point we realise that there is no difference between BJP and CONGRESS as all wants vote from us and do nothing for us. In recent election we have to think twice to give votes BJP. Huge profits by banks with less optimal customer services.Increase number of branches depending up on customer numbers to serve better.Make optimal profits by decreasing lending interest rates.Lending interest rates should not depend only on RBI policy.Incentive-oriented employee benefits to encourage better services.Term deposits with present policy of not paying interest for premature closure is bad policy, discourage investments in banks.Share profit with customers.More ATM with full security

Moot question is how to measure "Performance." and with whose regard it should be measured, for public, for employees, for stake holders (govt), for nation building. With successful implementation of JAN DHAN yojna, crores of account holders increased, in that ratio number of staff not increased in banks, thus how you expect "Performance." Thus to improve "Performance" (with regard to all as said above) whole system should be kept in mind. In 500 words it is not possible. CA Mukesh Saran

>motivation and appreciation of employees >>laws and guidelines to check bad loan >>financial education to defaulters 1)motivation if bank staff>regularizing work hours (we are not slaves) 2)hike in wages(it should not be related with Profit).SAIL,BHEL,IOCL...these public sector companies employee do not get their wage/hike reduced if the company makes less profit. >>IBA have got all the points wrong.. >>even if all bankers are removed for strike those who replace us will have the same demand.

Make it performance oriented and incentivised with recognition as rewards instead of monetary considerations by asking top Indian finance professionals to be involved in nation building and financial inclusion of weaker section having been a banker I feel this will be a call of duty for all global Indians including private sector professionals

Sir, Deviate from conventional means of reaching clients by opening low-cost "Banking Kiosks" in shopping centres with basic services. They front-end customers conveniently for all other needs and pass on the info to their local back-office for processing by specialists. They improve customer reach and reduce staff costs.
