A chain of wells should be dogged in gutters and net should have been on their mouth this over flowing water should have to be used in irrigation .we should open tihari dam at once and like Gujarat solar panels should be on the banks of canals this way we can clean our mother gangs.

Merge the PSU banks and let there be just say just 6 or 7 PSU banks across India. Crack the whip on defaulters, whoever he /she is. Bring in ownership and accountability to the employees. Let PSU banks be profitable and not charitable organisations, earning profit is not a crime. Invest in automation and training for employees. PSU banks should learn to go and meet their customers and not expect customers to come and meet them. PSU banks need to get away with form filling culture. Min paper work

first increase the salary of the staff along with financial incentives for achieving target. second there should be a system where a manager can find out in a month or week how a employee is contributing. Bank should fill up all the vacancies so that staff are not overburdened. bank employees should be encouraged to play games or develop hobbies or some competitions should be conducted to bring out that spirit which gets vanished in the course of time.

Give freedom from unnecessary laws & restrictions unlike private sector banks. Don't ask for priority sector lending only to PSBs. Pay them at par or bit more than the Central Govt. Pay as there is lots of risk and unlimited working hours. Also have strong HR policy.

Dear Sir, Kindly insure high speed connectivity and uninterrupted electricity supply to bank branches. Major part of working hours are wasted in want of these two.

As per him, either banks should be privitized or should be given respectable hike, otherwise govt. banks wil lead to huge problem in coming years, as banks are not able to attract skilled workforce, because salary is too low with work pressure even more than private banks
