Psb are facing accute shortage of staff. Every time psb are flooded with customers and for that banks dont hav manpower to handle the footfall coming to the branch. As PM initiated jhan dhan, i appreciate that , but banks are facing of staffs . when asked to one of new recruit , what exactly the problem is , he answered considering the work pressure salary is very less , so he gona leave bank in near future. According to him there is no motivation for him to work .

PSU banks needs not to improved its performance not only for itself but also for integration of its usefulness for make in india Concept. All Managerial Level appointments should be made strictly on professional qualification just like Pvt Banks. It should be run like Professional Private banks only with objective to make in india possible. All existing Structures of Boards, AGM, DGM, CGM should be abolished. entirely new structures should be in place. Staff needs to be more accountable.

Respected PM Sir, My suggestion is that the banks showing poor performance in last four to five years must be merged into big nationalised banks and their management boards must be dismantled.

Salary of bank staff will increase so that they were economically and socially strangth their family and they will work efficiently.

Bank in India are the heart of indian economy and money is the blood. So it is necessary for strangth the bank. Now all Bank in india is fully computerised but still lot of paper work involves. We have to make arrangements for doing all work digitally including loan documents. Secondly for strangth bank it is necessary to straighten bank employees. In 1980s bank officer get Rs 500 extra frm the class 1 employees. But now they r getting salary half what a government class 1 employees.

Psu bank need to improve the customer service & support mechanism so that its more customer friendly most of the employee have extremely difficult approach.

Public sector banks have more accounts because they probably handle those customers that private sector avoids. Even with all shortcomings, they are still believed as honest by customers. SBI still remains the first choice for those looking for loans.The staff at these banks doesn't run from work.My relatives in SBI and PNB come back quite late.The need of the hour is to add customer friendly face to it.I feel this is possible only if more hands join them.Banks need staff proportionate to work
