2. Working conditions of bank staff are very poor. There are 1000s of branches which are operating in high risk old buildings which lack in proper sanitation, ventilation, lighting and safety measures. There are various branches which do not have access to even safe drinking water. Under such circumstances in far flung rural areas bankers are operating and putting their best in achieving govts objective and contributing in Nation building. They should be justifiably compensated for this.

Job nature KRA and risk: an officer in bank is responsible for numerous jobs starting from act opening to loan processing and NPA recovery in between all big & small tasks including high risk areas. In return he gets salary of 24K. Counterparts A teacher with fixed working time and less responsibility and more holidays. Even a 10th pass sainik gets 25k + pension and Csd facilities etc. Considering bank officers postings in far flung rural areas and risk they should get atleast 60K + salary.

In most of the PSBs lines of communication go from top to bottom only. Banks can't be run in a bureaucratic manner. There should be two way communication & it should not be taken as an offense by seniors. Further the compensation is very less as compared to the risk involved. There are no incentives for good work. But, a punishment even for a small mistake. Its like perform and perish. This should change.

During recession Indian banks have shown that they are very strong. And their strength lies in their healthy workforce. But banks are facing problems nowadays because of shortage of staff. MORE ATM ,WORKING CONDITION,NO EXTRA CHARGES FOR ANOTHER ATM

PSB's are the only govt organisation who are doing excellent work. But this industry has seen one of the largest attrition in recent years due to lower pays,lot of work. In order to reduce the NPA problems all these loan waiver schemes must be stopped. This encourage defaults. Technology must be taken to level 2 and e-banking in rural india must be prioritized. At the same time the situation of bankers must change. They are really being forced in extensive pressures.

no govt body except PSBs running with surplus. Even after taking care of all national wide schemes of govt, PSBs are showing profits.Now, where they want to impove in PSBs

To achieve Swach Bharath people must be provided with awareness that they should not throw waste out of the windows of Trains and buses. More over railways should make sure that they provide all trains with dustbins and bio toilets. Open toilets should be banned
