Dear PM Sir, Motivationg the Human resources in banking sector. Maximum utiliztion of Humar resourse by Assigning of right task to the suitable person. Preffered posting . 5 day working . NPA to be brought down by implementing suitable policies.

patience of bank employees is must many nationalise bank employees losing their patience for small thins. they dont tell what is process for a work, insted they shout on customers. make sure to explain"EVERY BANKING SERVICE" to citigen so, that the knowledge can be achieved. and ehen E-BANKING will also be achieved........ first esucating customerrs isimportant

Dear PM, my suggestion to improve the performance of PSU Banks in India would first start with the motivating the human resources in the banking sector. first and major step would be by keeping the officers at their hometown/ preferred place of posting where his/her family resides. This would definately increase productivity and motivation levels which will enable the indivvidual to contribute in a better way.

Dear PM, the suggestion to improve the performance of Banks in India to first start with motivating the human manpower in the Banking Sector. Another major concern the officers be posted at home town or preferred place of posting where his/her family resides. This would result in increase in productivity of the individual to contribute in a better way to the country and bank.

Dear PM kindly take one step to resolve naxal problem permanently from our country,Plaese open army and police training center at these areas .This will create fear to naxal people as well as they can be easily monitored

Dear sir, 1) Kindly appoint 1 person in each book exclusively to help illiterate people who comes for their pension or withdraw their money from banks and they don't know how to fill up their forms. If they ask bank employees they say they r busy in their works. Please do this and help oldage persons/illiterate persons.

we should form a Combined Police force like CDS(INDIAN ARMY) to fight and deal with e Naxals This force lead by few Local police personnel and CRPF who can move any where in Naxal Areas without informing to local police,they must trained with high quality equipment and high tech. Second and most important step,Govt should always show their honest approach to Tribel full-fill their basic need of life .I think they are still slave .

First NPA's should come down. It does not mean that no new business should be done. It is not "either or". We need both business and also collection. Our law can be changed in such a way that the defaulters are dealt in a hard manner. so that there will be a fear and we will get back our rightful money in a rightful time. If the collection is disciplined, everyone will be prosperous and our country also.
