Bankers work hard for the best of interest of common man in modern time. In psu banks there is more transparency than any other department.in psu banks every customer is treated with same emotion either he is illiterate or any capitalist.but employees are losing their pride while working for the best of nation.they have so much to do that they forget the cute smile of their children.they are supposed like mechies without emotion.the irritation reflects in their work.something should doabout that

The Audit system of the banks has to be thoroughly changed. Most of the banks are following a sampling system wherein all the loans are not being audited. This system should be changed and all the loans sanctioned during the period should be checked by the auditors. This would increase the quality of credit and will have a positive impact in checking the increase of NPA.

takeover of loan account among PSU banks should be stopped immediately. it is unproductive exercise. If a loan account is good then why the present banker will not meet all the demand. Are there different norms for calculation of requirement of a unit, if so then that requires streamlining the process. In the name of competition PSU Banks are fighting among themselves and lot of cases are pending in different courts/DRT. Let collect all such information for early resolution without third party
