Fixation of accountability of CMD/ED/GM for all big ticket advances. They should be also made responsible and accountable for recovery of all big ticket loans. Once an account becomes NPA then name of such defaulter should be allowed to displayed and no further secrecy clause should be applicable, as it is public money. Information can be uploaded against every defaulter name by all for better and quick recovery and for this % of money realized should be given as incentive

Is govt actually reading and thinking about implementing ideas what most of the person in this section are giving?? I doubt it.

PSU bankers are not meant to work from 9AM to 9-10 PM.... If it will be like this, PSU banks will never provide good customer service... Govt has no impact for strikes of bank unions and wage revision is pending from last two years?? Can PSU bank grow in this way where employee is in pathetic condition?? Think about it MODI SIR !!!

PSU banks are back bone of Indian economy. But employee are paid less and have high risk . it should be justified. More branches and more employee should be there. to merge all PSU bank, there should be only 2 to 3 banks.

1. Regulate Working Hours for bankers. 2. Resolve issue of their wage revision which is pending since 2012. 3. It should be resposibility of CEOs/Collectors of Janpad panchayat that no Loans given under Govt sponsored scheme become NPA. And recovery should be done by them. 4. Neither Govt nor anybody should force bankers to give loan to individuals. It should be solely banks decision.. 5. frequent tranfer of bank staffs must be stopped.

all PSU Banks should work on the same type of platform/software. all PSU Banks should have same type of Deposit/Advance scheme. Better ultilisation of Technology. All PSU Banks should have one central point from where customer can obtain all information/query, he can lodge his complain/requirement and should be given token number. and resolution of such complain should be monitored centrally.

माननीय पंत प्रधान जी २०००/- से ज्यादा का लेनदेन को चेक के जरिये या कार्ड के जरिये करें .... और नगद लेनदेन जितना कम करेंगे देश की उतनी ही आय होगी .... आज विदेशों मैं सिर्फ ३% नगद लेनदेन है .... क्यों उसके क्या फायदे है ... उन्हें समझें ... मनरेगा से लेकर हर स्तर के लोगों लोगों का वेतन सिर्फ बैंक के जरिये हो ... इससे दो फायदे होंगे ... लोगों को बैंक मैं खाता खुलवाना ही पड़ेगा और भ्रष्टाचार पर भी लगाम लगेगी ..

The sole goal of bank personnel should be customer service and customer satisfaction.Train staff of banks to realise that good service should be the motto. They are NOT doing customers a favour. They are public servants and get salaries from taxpayers money.Good manners and helpfulness is the key factor for success of banks. Discourage complacency. Jobs should be performance based. Being Govt.servants does not guarantee them a job. If clients prefer other banks, they may not have a job one day.

Skill development in PSU BANKS need to compete against private sectors banks.Dynamic marketing and professional management at root level. Increase in speed of customer service..

If you really thinking of improvement in banking & to complete the need of public in Banking sector , you should provide the timing structure & working hours to bank. if a bank will remain open 10-05 for customer , Then when banker will solve there issues ... 05-09 PM ???? pending work & poor service to public in psu bank is because banker is not having to solve them.. As in earlier days banking from 10-02 for public results in better customer services & dedication to work.rest all in your hands
