The slow learners could be supported through extra support classes, peer learning, concept building through activities.Integration of the curriculum with IT would specifically enable the students to learn faster and sustain their learning. The students should also be explained the scope of studying each subject, counselling sessions for secondary classes will help

Many students should get the support of financial assistance like scholarship . some students are excel in studies but they do not have financial support such students should get finalcial assistance.

Kind Attention Govt. Authorities:- Sub:- advertisements for any Competitive Exams less than 50 post. Sir, the systems is such way that some times the candidates from well-to do families and rich families were gain more facilities than poor families. the candidates from poor families were deprived as so many ways.such as books, class fees etc. even if never able for extra-coaching. some times our systems is also deprived them by advertising post less than 20 posts. Kindly exempt all fees.

Kind Attention Govt, authorities:- Sub:- Advertisement for Competitive Examinations Kindly issue notice and order to Banks including IBPS, SBI, National Insurance,LIC etc. not to advertise exam for any posts less 50 Nos.(for Generals). Sir, due to this many meritorious poor general candidates and even if from reserve category are not able to apply due to its fees. Sir my open challenge to them either they have to recruit the same from combined exam or no exam-fees for this type exams.

Kind attention SBI:- Sir, I am opposing your separate exam for specialist office. The reason is as the vacancies is bellow 20 nos. it should not be advertise separately, your esteemed organization have to recruit the same from PO list. As the exam fees is high so many poor meritorious candidates may not able apply separately and only candidates from rich or standard family can only apply. So this method is totally wrong, So I request your honor please recruit the same from your PO Exams.

The aims& objectives of education must be to bring behavioural changes in students rather than just to earn money by private institutions.
