There is corruption going on for booking tickets ... if one wanted the lower berth on any five or six seats no seats are available even if ladies or for senior citizens... same thing is not aplicable with agents for them lower berths are available as much as they want... need to investiget i think our gov is capable to overcome this small problem... :)

tickets on tatkal are not available to ordinary passengers, but when the same passenger approaches a tour/travel agency (tout), his ticket in tatkal can be booked. Modiji should either remove corruption in tatkal system or scrap it totally as touts have hijacked the tatkal system. How modi government is different from manmohan government, if ordinary citizens of the country do not get relief in corruption, bribery in their day to day life ?

Hajrat Nizamuddin Railway Station is one of the poorest maintained Railway station in Delhi, No underpass, no escalator or lifts, No provision of slops over stairs to pull your baggage. When you take exit towards sarai kale khan it appears a part of rural India like UP or Bihar, most of the space is occupied by auto's and parking maffias. You can't even walk out. I request to please visit here once, and assume how elderly or handicapped would travel from here.

Railway cash card system may be started in place of season ticket, every rail cash card should be scanned at boarding place and destination as the period spent in travel increases the per km fare should decrease . The cash card can be charged for money from any bank or ATM. If any person travels or boards in a higher class bogie the fare may be deducted so.

I dont think irctc is handling more traffic than google servers. but i never seen google server going down. we should learn from these technologies to enhance ours also. I think its not difficult if right people are employed.
