At Jammu Railway Station general tickets are not provided at the ticket counter before three days where as it is provided rest of india why this discrimination sir ?

General ticket can be taken from our mobile phone with seat no. This is for our comman people

*A bar code on the ticket (like in the airplane) which on scanning at the entrance of the station needs to be installed *The vendors need to be given a special card with code to enter the premises This would avoid people who are not needed like hijdas or beggars in the premises *Handling the crowd while entering and exiting the train: ensure people enter in batches *Ensure people travel light like 20 kg per person. Charge extra for baggage and provide facility for checking in the luggage

There should a system in irctc to prevent waiting tickets from getting cancelled if not cleared. Secondly, if there is availability from any station within the route, it should be suggested by the system

Please arrange a type of mode of announcement in every coach of railway so that the common people could know about that on which station and platform the train is arriving without going out side of coach

Agree with dhananjay rao, need a system for unreserved tickets online. Even i have used atvm for this purpose. I had bought special card for this purpose. But i have not seen this machine working at any station except old delhi station. At this station i found recharge counter unattended. We need to develop a system that is viable and maintenance free.

in every train we shoul make a dust bin that we can use that and keep our train clean.

Exclusive unreserved passenger train Express/Ordinary to be introudced and exclusive reserved trains like premium special are to be operated to avoid over croweding in the reserved coaches.
