To save the Railways from further corruption circulars issued by Railway Board for posting of staff and officers in sensitive departments in Zonal Railways and in Ministry of Railways should be implemented strictly.

Central Govt. should immediately stop Izzt MST started by Sushri Mamta Banerjee first for 50 kms then for 100 and lastly for 150 kms, MST for 150 kms is Rs.450 and suburban loss of kolkata suburbab service increased by 700 crores per year after Izzat MST and lakhs of such passes are issued every year on SE and Eastern Railways. It was done with consent of EDPM Railway Board.

There should be a audit by CAG in respect of Indian Railway Tourism and Catering Coeporation to unearth the fraud being committed on railway passengers by abuse of dominant power by Railway Officers working as Executive Director for policy making of E-ticketing of IRCTC and working on Board of IRCTC.

Emergency quota booking should be levied tatkal charges because why others who have to purchase ticket 1 day in advance in emergency pays Rs.400/- extra. All headequarters booking from Railway Zones and Rail Bhavan should be charged at rate of tatkal charges if berth is released from emergency quota leaving railway officers going on duty.

Tatkal tickets should not booked on internet because genuine persons standing in Q are at disadvantage and is violative of right to equality.

E-tiketing work should be taken away from IRCTC. Main cause problem for E-ticketing hoarding and rising in prices of tickets by paying additional service charges to RTSAs, their B2B and B2C agents, allowing 10 PNRs per month on personal IDs should be stopped. Railway officers are abusing their position to further the interest of IRCTC to keep it alive for some posts to IRTS officers and through IRCTC Railway earns several hundred crores by not refunding to customers. Indians are cursing Rlys.

sir, my point is about the overcrowding of the reserved coaches in trains. there is no provision for the person traveling with wait list. such passengers enters in reserved coach and runs behind the TTE for getting a birth at any cost. sir, my suggestion is that an extra coach with chair car can be added and all wait list passengers are allotted a seat in that coach. in place of passengers running behind the TTE, TTE will go to this coach and allot the vacant seat as per the wait list status.
