रेलवे की वेबसाइट पर अपनी मनपसंद सीट के लिये एक नई सुविधा होनी चाहिये। उदाहरण : जैसे बसों के आनलाईन टिकट बुकिंग में हम अपने पसंद की सीट बुक कर लेतें हैं।ठीक उसी प्रकार रेलवे में भी होना चाहिये,जिससे लोग अपनी पसंद की सीट को सेलेक्ट कर के आसानी से बुक कर सकें।इससे भी लोगों का मनोबल और भरोसा बढ़ेगा।

रेलवे की वेबसाईट पर एक नई सुविधा चलाई जानी चाहिये।जिसमें प्रत्येक यात्री देख सके की उसकी ट्रेन का उस स्टेशन पर कितनी साटें खाली हैं,कई बार जिस स्टेशन पर हम चाहतें हैं वहाँ से सीटें खाली नहीं मिलती लेकिन कुछ ही दूर बाद की ट्रेनों में सीटें मिल जाती है। इससे पारर्दशिता होगी और रेलवे के प्रति लोगों का भरोसा बढ़ेगा ।

छोटी-छोटी रुट के हाई स्पीड ट्रेनों का पहले विस्तार हो,बुलेट ट्रेनों से ज्यादा जरूरी ऐसे ट्रेनों का विस्तार ज्यादा संभव है।वो भी बिना ट्रैक बदले,ये सब हो सकता है। टिकटों की कालाबाजरी,तत्काल टिकटों के नाम पर ज्यादा से ज्यादा पैसे लिये जाते हैं।टिकट काउंटरों पर रेलवे कर्मचारी ही दलालों से मिल्ये रहतें हैं।इसके लिये सारे काउंटरों पर कैमरे लगे,जिसका मानीटर सीधे रेलवे मंत्रालय से हो ।जिससे लोगों को भय रहे। रेलवे के नये कानून बनने चाहिये।

बुनियादी सुविधाओं पर ध्यान देंं। नये जनरल कोच ज्यादा से ज्यादा बनाये जाये,राजधानी और बाकी ट्रेनों के पुराने डिब्बों को जनरल डिब्बो के रूप में बनाया जाये। ट्रेनों में शौचालयों को बायोटायलेट्स बनाया जाये,अधिक से अधिक। उसके लिये प्रत्येक सांसद को बोलें की उनके क्षेत्र से जाने वाली किन्हीं दो ट्रेनों को वों 1-1 साल के लिये गोद लें। लोगों को प्रेरित करें,ट्रेनों में सफाई के लिये।

The first thing , I suggest to government, people can do most of the government Jon through post, online etc, so public won't suffer unwanted travels, for example my friend living in bangalore have to make payment with fine fine in Kochin high court, he was ready to pay online or through bank, unfortunates aged laws does not allow him to chose simple way, he has to waste 3 days travel and back to Kochin using railway , h So government should think about that,

we must make sure that people who requests seat with non refundable payment should get the seat.avoid over crowd in unreserved coach ,abolish ac coaches and follow single class.
