I am requesting to the Indian Government that kindly look into S.R.A Development Scheme matters strictly. Because in this, there is very much corruptions and illegal activities are going on, especially in Suburban areas.

I would lIke to add one thing tht there should be an option to take out print out of general tickets..Because as we all can see long ques in new delhi,old delhi railway stations..Sometimes people miss their train or else sometime they catch their train without ticket and in result they sometimes get caught by TC...

Indian Railway Should have to Launch Emergency, Compalain Helpline 1800-180-0000 Toll Free and their Poster should have Pasted in coaches.

Vendors in the train, should carry any kind of information related to the train and share it with the passengers.

Women police guard should be their in the ladies compartments ..

Local train should have emergency brakes - which are mostly missing now a days

Rail should have a wifi connectivity

I would like to bring the Governments notice to the Present condition of all the Toilets and Bathrooms in most the Railway Stations in India. Very few are usable. 95% are not even able to look into it. Please make sure that all are at least usable. Along with that we need High speed Rails and Bullet trains. Also we need More MONO Rails and METRO Rails..

Respected Sir, Please find below options for dissemination of running train status. 1. The smart phone is now the basic requirement for any person we should develop mobile app which can give train route through train nos. 2. We should send sms alerts to passengers who have given there nos at the time of reservation on specific frequency (Like 2 hours before the train arrival, at the time of arrival with platform no). 3. We should also sent popup messages/notifications through our mobile app.

One should not give all the attention on long distance trains only. What about daily travelers of trains. What about ladies going for offices. In city like Mumbai just 2 or 3 coaches in a train is not enough at all. Increase number of only for ladies trains, increase number of coaches only for ladies in local as well as outstations. Lot of changes we need to do for better services. By increasing number of short distance trains we can definitely get positive result. Crowded trains areworst
