I wish if someone from PM's dept. can watch the situation at VT & Churchgate railway station not only that in fact any railway station during any hour of the day he or she will understand the real trouble people are facing every day. Why the situation is not under control? Immediate action in this matter will give relief to people. Timing of the trains, announcements, are the different issues which need to be focus. Government comes and goes but the condition never improved fortravelers

Railway system is backbone of our society. No matter its a long journey or a short people give preference to Rail service for cheap and best. For more than 25 years I was daily traveler of train in Mumbai. Day by Day travelling by train is becoming more and more difficult in Mumbai. Why? Rail system has to be improve on war basis in Mumbai. That's what I feel. Short distance trains to be include at all the Railway junctions is must for suburbs of Mumbai. Increase train frequency is must.

Railways plays an important role.....and if we want to progress ...Government need to make the Railways as Public - Private partnership and increase the facilities and also the rate accordingly. There is a huge gap between Demand and Supply !!!...Government can take necessary actions and if not given P-P-P , at least should raise fund from Railway bond ...increase the infrastructure and connect INDIA efficiently...

sir according to me every TTE contain One Tablet on which all detail of passenger must online, due to which the waiting list may conform after the half journey also the reservation chart must be paper less, and like bus conductor they can fine any passenger online.

Sir there is problem of platform ticket and huge amount of revenue is lost as people do not take platform tickets. The platform ticket should be given when you issue a reserved confirmed ticket to the passenger

Present state of railway operations and cleanliness is horrible. Most of the trains are running late and most of them are voluntarily delayed as a matter of railway maintality. On 14 nov 2014,I was a bona fide passenger in Navchandi express which was sheduled to depart from its station of origin Allahabad at 5:40 pm but it remained parked in the adjoining lane uptp 6:45 pm only to be on the platform at 7pm without any public information. More over the rail tracks at station was full of nightsoil

Train should run on their actual time.I am from Bihar and i see almost all trains except some special train in bihar are running very late.Some of them are 9-11 hours late. The cleaning & maintenance of the Stations and Trains should be given to private hand.

Indian Railways is among one of the largest railway system in the world having maximum strength of employees world wide. As we know that Our Respected PM sir has offered overseas company to invest in indian railways for its better services & connectivity. For detail passenger information, we just have to add aadhar number column in reservation slip.Through this we can capture each n every details of the passenger of there boarding & exit station. i have many more ideas. plz contact : 9868323354

Guys i think we all might have already visited at least or more than once the Airports ,We have saw the cleanliness that they have maintained the reason for that it going for a Private Company for maintenance but that more expenditure than we are spending now and i would like to tell that it is possible more expansion of services and reducing unnecessary personnel in railway we should realize that in Japan or any they spend less than 30% of expenditure in Salaries but we spend 50% or more

extra coaches should be added in the trains according to the waiting list in the trains. number of AC coaches should be also increase in the trains as waiting goes very high in this.
