the holiday special trains should be treated as a normal train and should not be late very much. they can be very helpful in reducing passengers load from the regular trains

1. online train tracking system GPS may be installed in all running train and it will be track online GPS cost only Rs.3000 it will help to people to save thier time. 2. Install water purifiers at the major station. 3. Train on demand may be introduce with the help of local people authorized by collector/ DM. In India many states have particular migration places the train between these place should be introduce on demand.

The cleaning & maintenance of the Stations and Trains should be given to private party and private party should be made accountability for the upkeeping. It should be done in bidding system to bring more competition among the service providers. If more complaint are filed against the service provider means the amount should be deducted from the service provider that has been agreed between the govt. and service provider.

railway me din me chalne wali gadiyo me sleeper reversion ke coch kam hone chaiye or seating reversion ke coch jyada hona chahiye is se waiting cum hogi or railway ko propit bhi jyada ho ga.

Retiring room is also included online for more then 420 stations thanks for that. 2 points which I want to highlight are 1.It will be better if the cost of all these retiring room can be posted along with names. 2. there are few online retiring rooms need to be cut of from the list where only passenger train is running like BJPL Baijnath paprola as you can not book online without PNR and passenger doesn't has PNR.

Remove Tatkal, Allow Dynamic Bogy System --> If passenger count increases, increase the bogy number (be it high capacity Chair Car), if it decreases, decrease the number of bogies Remove tatkal system, give confirmed bookings to all if person is having WL ticket then add a new double decker car and provide him a CC seat atleast. Most of the persons are not able to travel, they are forced to travel standing and in most weird situations.

6. Rewards and Recognition. Through digitization we can ask every major station in charge to upload their initiatives in terms of cleanness, passenger safety, Freight loading/downloading time factor etc and then a review team will reward sector wise in the form of cash/auto credit or vouchers to the people who have contributed to this.
