Passengers are increasing and seats are decreasing which is causing a lot of problems to passengers. Its time to make new railway tracks and many more new trains. Also all unreserved ticketing counters should be made online.and try to reduce stand-in-line system from every station. Remove all ticket traders. Make a law and implement it very strictly regarding cleanliness on every platform. SWATCHA BHARAT ABHIYAN do it by implementing it as a law atleast on platforms. I am ready to follow.

Complaint sytem should be created and it should be online also. Person can also log complaints by calling customer care like 139. By this way monitoring of delayed train, driver of that train, reason of delay can easily tracked.

Most of the peoples educated and provide train status machine place in every rail station and all major and semi major routes provide double line tracks. There must be efficient fire exit in railways.Most passengers are killed not because of accident but due to rush for exit.Remove all iron bars from windows and replace with glass window.Exit door should be there at the middle and sitting arrangement should be removed from its front.

First preference should be given to make current rail system to follow timelines. There are very few trains which run on time. If this will be resolved, we can achieve some percentage of good rail system. Driver who delay train or person who is reason of delayed train should be fined. Fist think should be considered by railway department is cleanses in railway station and all trains , next is strengthening of security in railway station and in trains,new technology should be adapted in all trains and minimizing of paper works and every thing should be in systems even checking of tickets in train also.

All on going projects like doubling of lines ,new lines should be completed ASAP. The average speed of local trains can be improved by introducing high speed local trains and Trains should run timely.

All major trains should have GPS tracking and its exact location should b made public on every railway platforms.

There should be more telephone lines for train enquiry system as most of the times lines remains busy or there should be some system like SMS so that a passenger after sending SMS for his/her enquiry get reply through SMS from railways on his or her mobile.
