Swachh Bharat is a great initiative.Govt has already a good plan in place for waste management. When it comes to public awareness, in India when we go for shopping or walk on streets we find various eatables that we tend to eat on the way and litter around just because we do not find dustbins around or either it is too far. If we can make sure that we have dustbins across every street either sponsored by commercial business, residents and gov also set budget aside we can reduce street waste.

working standards in mechanical companies should be standarised and there should b standards for the minimum wages of engineers . there are alot of companies which are just exploiting them .working hours upto 15 to 16 hrs and salaries are less than the labours too .
