Modi Sir, if a person is accused of taking bribe and proved, he only will be punished. But the giver and mediators of both sides along with the taker should be punished. And the government employees who are aware of the illegal transactions and facilitated whole process also should be punished. Even the banks which transact the money transfer should be questioned and brought before law.

Modi Sir, In the Revenue Dept, every land record to be linked to UID and PAN. Everybody should be asked to provide these details in Registrar Office. All the Registrar Offices in the country should be online, so that how many properties an individual is having can be tracked by UID No. There should be a limit to the number of residential properties for an individual, no bar on industrial land because it will be for business purpose. With this the cost of real estate will come down considerably.

Modi Sir, pls focus on the land registration system in India. A lot of corruption happening with land registration due to loopholes of Revenue Dept in all states. Sometimes a single plot is sold multiples times to different buyers by the same owner but this is not objected by the Sub-Registrar Offices. Pls centralise the land registration system by linking up all States Sub-Registrar Offices. Each plot should have unique number and the registrations should be managed by Central Government.

Sir, the biggest curse of our country is corruption. If we tackle corruption all the good projects which you are doing will reach the common people. Currently what is happening is not even 50% of the allocated project fund is being reaching the implementation phase. Sir, I would urge your attention on this. We need to have a strong mechanism to tackle corruption. This anticorruption should not be limited to central government projects or employees.
