Ayush system is very balanced in nature. Some of them can be tried by the needed people in there location. But a location has many limitations. Internet with online education and delivery of medicines by post, tries to solve such limitations. But gain internet is not available at many place and to many people. So Government and Private clinics can have there focus on the Ayush. Government clinics should have a medicinal garden in its vicinity. Health Tourism offers many income opportunities.

Have cooling food: Kadhas produce heat in the body, which lead to skin dryness and acne outburst. To prevent it, have cooling food throughout the day like oranges.

Use some cooling spices: It is very important to add some cooling spices in your kadhas. This will prevent stomach issues. Add licorice, some cardamom and rose petals in your drink.

Have only half-a-cup of kadha in a day: Are you one of those who consume kadhas thrice in a day? Then it is time to give up this habit for good. Do not have more than half-a-cup of kadha in a day. In winters you can make it two.

Do not over boil the kadha: Overboiling spices does not mean that the benefits of the drink will increase. It will turn bitter and will lead to acidity and heartburn. A quick boil or steam is enough to make a healthy cup of kadha.
