Please incorporate PAY-AS-YOU-THROW, each colony or block or apartments can have fully automatized waste management unit, where people living in can have access card and they have to pay for what they want to throw..... Just saw this in the net....

Before starting working on any project there try to make the system more transparent atleast for that particular project so that people do not use the funds for there personal benefits and the maximum resources can reach Allahabad to make it a smart city. A city cannnot be smart without smart people. Spread awareness for cleanliness, computer literacy, science, technology, health etc.
