Estray animals like dogs, cows, bugalows are always moving on the GT Road causing accident to people and loss of life and nagar nigam is doing nothing though it has cattle vehicles.

Nagar Nigam App which is a welcome step of Nagar Nigam Allahabad so far as framing Smart City Concept but it also requires constant monitoring on the feedback given by its users. As my personal experience with it is that after complainaing at about 5 times, my complaint was closed without attending the complaint made by me. But in last on my sixth complaint, only tube light was changed and the wire and switch was provided by me so as to off the light in the morning. It need constant watch

Khasra of the property should be made available online since everytime to apply for Khasra of a property you have to pay Rs. 500/- per khasrato the concerned Babu of Nagar Nigam.If you do not pay the same, you will not get Khasra

Online RTI of Nagar Nigam Allahabad is dead till date since its inception. It should be always functional. Payment of fee for online RTI should be made through SBI etc. like the service provided by online payments system of Flipkart, paytm. easyreachage etc.

You will find very meagre or none. The system of online application for issuance of birth/death certificate is kept unfunctionalto benefit agent
