Only basic education with applied mathematics and political awareness is to provide to marginalized youths. Syllabus is to designed as a programs for 4-5 weeks. Programs must contains the different root causes of marginalization.

There are three important measures to improve literacy among the marginalised youth.(1)EARN WHILE LEARNING:Soft skills and trade/field-specific classes must be held in addition to normal course classes.(2)LEARN WHILE EARNING:Custom time and course-tailored classes must be conducted which promote working youth to learn at any time comfortable to attend.(3)LEARN AND EARN WHILE TEACHING:Youth who gain expertise must be encouraged to teach in the same places where they learn and must be paid well.

Sir, four professions are most challenging to Us:- 1- Corruption, 2- prostitution, 3- stilling 4- begging. If govt. can take one step it can stop within 2 to 3 years. my request is we have to stop production of money(currency) only money should be transfer through RTGS or through banks Hard cash transaction should be banned as our previous govt banned to Rs.1000 to Rs10000. kindly do this and corruption will never exist. and ultimately other problem will solved

My PM Ask everybody to learn Hindi. So that each and every student can work in all parts of India. Make Hindi language Mandatory from LKG.

Youth are key in nation building. Every dept. should have young people below 40 at-least 40-50%; a platform to innovate and raise bar. Especially in the Departments where citizens are direct or end customer. PM's concept of having "Young Professional" is widely appreciated among youths and experienced persons should be hired to provide effective services and build a better service model or mindset @Govt. setting.

According to me, the.young people must be made aware of the rights and duties of a responsible citizens so that he takes.active part in all aspects of Development of a new and better India and thus a better place to live in.

In order to get the marginalised youth into schools we got to get the parents to encourage them to go to schools. A lot of this category youth would love to attend school but are forced to work in order to support their family. So if in schools we can educate them on skills essential to support their families this would be ideal. One good way of education would be to try and use the problems faced by these students to create solutions that can be implemented (I.e.,rainwater harvesting for water)
